英文摘要 | Hierarchical VO2(B)@ZnO heterostructure with ZnO nanorods radially growing on the surface of the VO2(B) cores has been successfully fabricated for the first time. The novel structure could be used as humidity materials. The sensor based on the as-synthesized product shows high sensitivity, rapid response and recovery, small hysteresis, and good stability. These improved properties are greatly ascribed to the unique structure of the 3D architectures with a large specific surface area and a synergistic effect. It is found that the resistance of the sensor obviously decreases with increasing the relative humidity. The results demonstrate that VO2(B)@ZnO nanostructures are potential to be used as effective and high performance humidity sensors. (C) 2016 Elsevier Ltd and Techna Group S.r.l.
