| 中文摘要 | 继机械化、电气化、信息化、网络化之后, 提出面向平行化技术的指挥与控制体系、理论、方法和技术, 即指控5.0 的平行指挥与控制. 指控5.0 的一个核心理念即为虚实互动的平行思想, 两个关键支持即为ACP 理论和CPSS 基础设施, 三个主题任务即为智能部队或智能组织、智慧指挥或智慧管理、社会情报或社会解析, 四个集成整合使人员、信息、装备和使命密切地融合在一起, 从而形成具有深度知识的灵捷, 能够进行实验分析的聚焦, 最终落实闭环、反馈、精准的收敛. |
| 英文摘要 | Based on the development of Command and Control with mechanical, electrical, information, and network technologies, we propose a concept and related theory, method, architecture and process for intelligent command and control with parallel systems, i.e., CC 5.0. The key idea is parallel through virtual-real duality, supported by ACP method and Cyber-Physical-Social systems, as infrastructure, accomplished by tasks of intelligent army, smart management, and social intelligence, and ¯nally, integration of personnel information, equipment, and mission. Parallel command and control enables agility with knowledge, focus by experiments, and convergence with feedback and precision. |
