| 英文摘要 | Seven new homo-adamantane type polycyclic polyprenylated acylphloroglucinols (PPAPs), pseudohenones A-G (1-7), along with sixteen known analogues, were isolated from Hypericum pseudohenryi. Their structures were determined on the basis of comprehensive NMR and MS spectroscopic and X-ray diffraction data. The structures of two known compounds were revised to pseudohenone E (5) and hyperattenin H, respectively. All the new isolates were evaluated for the inhibitory activities against four human tumor cell lines. (C) 2016 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved. |
