Infrared absorption spectrum, ultraviolet absorption spectra, and fluorescence spectra were measured at room temperature. According to the absorption spectra, the energy levels structure of Ce3+ in LaAlO3 single crystals was confirmed. The fluorescence spectra of Ce:LaAlO3 were explained using this structure. |
