英文摘要abstract: high quality tm-doped liluf4 (tm:llf) single crystal was grown by the czochralski technique. room temperature absorption spectrum and fluorescence spectrum of the tm:llf crystal were measured and analyzed. based on judd-ofelt approach, the intensity parameters ωλ(λ=2,4,6) were calculated to be ω2=0.93×10-20 cm2, ω4 =1.19 ×10-20 cm2, and ω6=1.75×10-20 cm2. other spectroscopic parameters that relate to laser performance were also obtained. finally, laser performance of tm:llf crystal was investigated and 1.92μm laser with a maximum output power of 7.16w was obtained.
