中文摘要 | A kind of microfluidic chip based on dielectrophoresis (DEP) was designed for the purpose of trapping two particles with different sizes. In order to reach the purpose, the shape of electrode and the shape of the flow channel was designed, the electric field and the flow field of the chip was simulated. At last, the trajectory of the particles was obtained. The results show that the chip can complete pairing two particles with different sizes. © 2012 IEEE. |
