英文摘要for comparison of the quality of lycium barbarum l., the authors determined 11 trace elements in the fruits of lycium barbarum l. from 12 different regions of qinghai province by icp-ms and icp-aes. meanwhile, 7 trace elements essential for human body were selected to the object of principal component analysis by spss statistic software. three principal component equations were obtained, and the regression equation related to principal component was also set up. the research is very important to quality analysis and to obtaining high quality lycium barbarum l., and provided science basis for the development and utilization of lycium barbarum l. in qinghai province.
