| 中文摘要 | A rapid method was developed to analyze the extract of the Gentiana scabra Bge. by using high performance liquid chromatograghy-electrospray ionization multi-stage tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESI-MSn). 5 compounds in Gentiana scabra Bge. are identified in the positive and negative mode. The research results demonstrate that the HPLC-ESI-MSn can quickly identified the components in Gentiana scabra Bge. . It also can provide the information of the relative molecular mass and chemical structure of the compounds in the extract of the Gentiana scabra Bge. . |
