| 英文摘要 | An efficient and general route to gem-difluoromethylenated goniodiol has been developed. The introduction of a gem-difluoromethylene group was achieved by indium-mediated difluoropropargylation of aldehyde. The alpha,beta-unsaturated-delta-lactone was successfully formed by the oxidation of 1,5-diols in the presence of catalytic 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-1-piperidinyloxy (TEMPO) and excess trichloroisocyanuric acid (TCCA). |
