英文摘要 | Miyun-Huairou-Shunyi area, located on the upper-middle alluvial fan of Chaobai River, is the largest groundwater source region of Beijing, China. The study area is approximately equal to 479km(2) and covers three counties. The area includes one ground-water sub-basin, named Chaobai River, which is filled with unconsolidated alluvial deposits that comprise the aquifer system. Groundwater constituted about 66% of the municipal water supply in this region [1]. Groundwater withdrawals had not exceeded the natural recharge between 1989 and 1992. During a period of low runoff and extensive ground-water extractions from about 1993 to 2006, ground-water levels fell as much as 25.6 m. Extensive groundwater use in upper-middle alluvial fan of Chaobai River has resulted in the continual decline of piezometric levels associated with the environment consequences of land subsidence. Deformation in this region between 1992 and 2006 was measured by PS-InSAR technique. The ERS1/2 data processed covers 1992-2002, while Envisat ASAR 2003-2006. The analysis of the time series, compared to a hydrogeological investigation of Quaternary sediments of study area, and in conjunction with histories of changes in water levels, allowed us to character the responses of aquifer systems to the stresses caused by changes in groundwater level. The detailed deformation maps clearly reveal three new big deformation areas where the leveling network does not exist. Meanwhile, the compressibility of the confined sandy layers in Huairou emergent water source should not be ignored. Temporal analysis also detects seasonal subsidence and uplift patterns, which provide information about the elastic properties of aquifer system. Our preliminary results demonstrate that the occurrence and the development of the land subsidence in this region are strongly related to the groundwater pumping both in time and space. The trends of the seasonal fluctuation of subsidence and groundwater level agree closely from 1992 to 1999. |
