A study on eco-physiological characters of two Calamagrostis angustifolia water ecotypes in the Sanjiang Plain

| 英文摘要 | Eco-physiological characters of two C. angustifolia water ecotypes, typical meadow C. angustifolia and marsh meadow C. angustifolia, were studied by field survey and controlled experiment. Under natural field, 1) species diversity in marsh meadow C. angustifolia community was higher than that in typical meadow C. angustifolia community, but C. angustifolia population biomass in typical meadow C. angustifolia community was significantly higher; 2) shoot and internode lengths, leaf length and width, leaf chlorophyll content of typical meadow C. angustifolia were higher; 3) the allocation rates of leaf blade and sheath of marsh meadow C. angustifolia were higher, while the allocation rate of culm of typical meadow C. angustifolia were higher. Under culture experiment of 5 inundation depth, population height and density of the two water ecotype communities had no significant differences, but their responses to different inundation depths were different. Some characters of individuals of the two water ecotypes showed significant response differences to different water levels; for the two ecotypes, leaf length under inundation depth of 0cm, 20cm, leaf width under 30cm, leaf area under 0cm, leaf chlorophyll contents under 30cm had significant differences. |
