目的：探讨痤疮患者抑郁与生活质量现状及相关影响因素,为进行有效的治疗和干预措施提供依据。方法：随机抽样选取238例门诊痤疮患者作为调查对象,采用自编基本情况问卷、皮肤病生活质量量表（DLQI）、健康问卷抑郁量表（PHQ-9）进行调查,分析患者生活质量、抑郁情绪影响因素及相互关系。结果：本组痤疮患者DLQI评分为（8.31±5.91）分,PHQ-9评分为（6.40±4.61）分;患者生活质量与抑郁情绪呈正相关性（r=0.481,P〈0.01）。结论：痤疮患者生活质量差,抑郁检出率高,女性、病情越严重者更易出现抑郁,因此,在对痤疮患者进行治疗时应加强心理干预,促进其身心健康。

Objective ： To investigate the current situation and related factors of depression and quality of life in patients with acne, and to provide evidence for effective treatment and intervention. Methods ： A total of 238 cases of outpatient acne patients were randomly selected as the research object. The quality of life of patients with depression, influencing factors and relationship were analyzed by by using a self-designed questionnaire, Dermatology Life Quality Index Questionnaire （DLQI） , Health Questionnaire Depression Scale （PHQ-9）investigation. Results ： The DLQI of the patients with aene was （ 8.31 ± 5.91 ） , the PHQ-9 score was （ 6.40 ±4.61 ） , and the quality of life was positively correlated with depression （ r = 0.481, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ： The quality of life of patients with ache is poor, the detection rate of depression is high. And the more serious the women,the more severe the disease is more prone to depression. Therefore,in the treatment of ache patients should strengthen psychological intervention to promote their physical and mental health.
