| 中文摘要 | 目前，网络音乐已经成为中国网民的第一大应用服务，网络音乐的高普及率使得音乐检索越来越重要。网络中的音乐资源是海量的，而且音乐资源与传统文字资源不同，是连续的非结构化的信息，因而网络音乐检索面临着音乐数量大、描述信息有限和检索方式单一等问题。 为解决上述问题，本文研究基于Web信息和基于内容的音乐检索方法，提出了一种融合的音乐检索机制，结合Web上的音乐信息与音乐的内容特征实现对音乐的检索。 本文的主要工作和内容如下： 1. 研究了Web信息在音乐检索中的应用，提出了基于Web信息的音乐相似度计算方法、音乐分类和检索方法。实验表明，使用Web音乐信息能有效地区分不同类型的音乐，本文提出的基于Web信息的音乐分类方法分类准确率高。 2. 提出了一种基于内容的音乐相似度计算方法，该方法针对音频特征向量维数高的特点，使用量化树和直方图将高维特征向量转化成低维向量，降低了计算复杂度，提高了检索效率。音乐相似度实验表明，本文提出的基于内容的音乐相似度算法能有效地区分不同风格和不同艺术家的歌曲。 3. 分析了基于Web信息和基于内容的音乐检索各自的缺点，提出了两种Web信息与音乐内容的融合方式：音乐语义的自动标注、关键词与内容特征的映射，并在此基础上构建了Web信息与内容融合的音乐检索原型系统。在原型系统上进行的检索实验表明，本文提出的Web信息与音乐内容融合的检索方法不仅能丰富用户的查询方式，而且具有良好的检索性能。 |
| 英文摘要 | Recently, online music has become the largest application service of Internet in China. And the popularity of online music makes the music retrieval more and more important. However, since the large amount of digital music, the lack of description information and the poor retrieval method, it is difficult to retrieval music in web/Internet. To solve the above problem, we research the web-based and content-based music information retrieval methods, and a hybrid retrieval method for music retrieval is proposed, which integrates the high-level web information and the low-level audio content features. The content and achievement are mainly as follows: 1. Research on the application of web information in music retrieval. Propose the music similarity algorithm, classification and retrieval methods based on web information. The experiment proves that web information is effective to discriminate music from different genres, and the proposed classification method performances well. 2. Propose a content-based music similarity algorithm. To reduce the algorithm complexity and improve the retrieval efficiency, the proposed algorithm transforms the high dimension audio feature vectors to low dimension vectors by using the quantification tree and histogram. The music similarity experiment indicates that the proposed content-based music similarity algorithm could discriminate music from different styles and different artists. 3. Analysis the disadvantages of the web-based method and the content-based method for music retrieval. Propose two methods to combine the web information and music content for music retrieval: one is the automatic semantic annotation of music, another is mapping between keywords and music features. A prototype system for hybrid music retrieval based on web information and music content is implemented. As the retrieval experiment on the prototype system shows, the hybrid retrieval method proposed by this paper not only enriches retrieval ways, but also improves the retrieval performance. |
