中文摘要未来广电有线数字接入网的基本要求是具有综合业务接入能力,即不仅符合网络技术融合趋势与业务多样化趋势,而且能够实现宽窄带业务,语音、数据和视频的综合接入,在提供传统广播业务的同时,具备提供包括语音业务在内的宽带数据业务的能力。”海南双向HFC示范网”就是为适应未来广电有线数字业务接入网需求而进行网络架构和业务体系研究的示范网。 本文依托“海南双向HFC示范网”课题进行其终端和网络的研究工作,研究的对象主要包括终端软硬件设计、网络架构以及基于双向HFC网络的业务。 在终端系统设计上,为了适应有线数字网双向接入的需求,硬件上使用集成CableModem的SoC解决方案,同时为了适应业务拓展需求,软件上采用了嵌入式Linux系统。在该系统构架基础上,按运营商需求集成了TVOD,思迁VOD,茁壮浏览器和同方CA系统,目前正在海南试验网上进行示范部署。 本文的主要贡献和创新工作如下: 1、本文提出了一种基于Linux操作系统的内存压缩机制 利用Linux操作系统的页面交换机制,以非常小的性能代价换取更多的可用内存。在有效降低系统硬件成本的同时提高了系统对内存的利用率,极大提高了终端的竞争能力。 2、提出了一种基于MPEG2私有数据的机顶盒自上线方法 有效地解决了大规模双向HFC终端机顶盒的上线注册问题,是TVOD(Timeshift Video On Demand)业务开展的关键部分,使得SRM(Session Resource Manager)能够有效地进行业务资源和QoS (Quality of Service)管理, 为开展时移电视业务奠定了良好的基础。 3、提出了一种双向HFC网络终端对多网络接入的自适应机制 该机制使得双向HFC网络终端能够自适应多种网络接入,提高了终端对多网络接入的普适能力和市场竞争力。有效解决了不同网络接入对终端的苛刻性。 4、在网络架构研究方面,提出了一种双向HFC网络平滑扩展的设计方法 该方法使双向HFC网络运营商能够有效地解决终端规模和用户需求率扩展时带来的网络重复割接问题,避免网络调整带来新的投资成本。 5、基于IBIS模型分析仿真的基础上,给出了对信号过冲和干扰的解决办法,确定了最佳的电路设计方案,使信号很好地满足了设计要求。保证了系统的高速运行和正常通信,节约了开发成本和时间。 目前双向HFC终端及其业务系统已经通过阶段性测试,并进行了500台小批量的生产,达到了预期设计要求。
英文摘要Along with the future cable digital network development, the base requirement of the future network is that comprehensive service including network mergence and multiple service trends can be accepted. It means that the network must support narrow band service, audio, video and data service. When tradition broadcast service is provided, it must have the capacity of support the wide band data service including audio. The purpose of “Hainan province bidirectional HFC demonstration network” is to satisfy the requirement of cable digital network. In this demonstration project, network frame and service system is researched. The terminal and network research in this thesis is based on “Hainan province bidirectional HFC demonstration network”. The main research content includes terminal software and hardware design, network frame and service. Some functions such as multiple data service based on HFC network, terminal self adaptation for multiple networks has been realized. The research is focused on the key technology, which includes bidirectional HFC terminal realization, bidirectional data service and QoS, network frame and terminal self adaptation for multiple networks. The main contributions and innovative works of this thesis include: 1. A mechanism for memory compression is presented. The Linux system page exchange is used. At the price of little performance reduced, embedded system can get more available memory. So the cost of hardware is reduced and the memory using efficiency is improved. Both are beneficial for market competition. 2. A method of STB self register based on MPEG2 private date is presented. The register problem of a great number of terminals is resolved effectively. It is the key part of TVOD. It is very convenient for SRM to manage the service resource and its QoS. A good base for TVOD service is provided. 3. A mechanism for terminal adaptation to multiple networks is brought out. The capacity of connection with multiple networks for terminals is provided. It improves the terminal adaptation capacity and market competition. The strict requirement of different network for terminals is satisfied. 4. During the research process of network frame, a method for the smooth development of HFC network is brought out. It provides enough capacity for later terminal number development and user service requirement increasing. Much investment for often separation and connection is avoided. 5. Based on the IBIS model analyses and simulation, a new method is presented to solve signal overshoot and disturbance problem. At the same time, it provides a best project for circuit design and meets the design requirement. That assures the system can run at high speed and communicate. It saves both cost and time. At present, HFC terminals and their service system have been tested. 500 sets of terminals have been produced. The requirements of the anticipation design are satisfied.
