凹面线阵声聚焦特性研究及应用

中文摘要超声相控阵技术能动态地进行聚焦发射和聚焦接收,不受被检物体的形状限制,具有较高的灵敏度、分辨率和信噪比等优点,是目前无损检测领域的研究热点。本文针对超声相控阵技术在管材检测的研究和发展现状,开展了凹面线阵换能器辐射声场及其散射声场的理论和实验研究。 在凹面线阵换能器辐射声场方面,我们用空间脉冲响应方法分析了相控阵列辐射声场的计算公式,研究了其聚焦声场的轴向、侧向以及全空间声场分布,就阵元中心间距、阵元数目、f数等参数对声场的影响展开了详细的探讨。 用空间脉冲响应方法推导出散射的公式,可以模拟得到散射回波信号。在成像方面的研究我们主要分析了声束形成技术的特点。对管材纵波成像做了基础的研究。 我们设计和制作了一个有26阵元的凹面线性换能器,在其基础上开展了一系列有关辐射声场的实验测量,这些实验主要包括换能器聚焦声场的轴向分布和焦平面侧向分布测量,动态扫描聚焦实验。我们还开展了利用水浸点聚焦探头对管材中气孔、管材内壁缺陷和管材外壁缺陷做了大量实验,对于不同尺寸的矩形槽做了定量的比较,取得了较好的结果。
英文摘要Ultrasonic Phased Array testing can accomplish dynamic focusing and the inspection of workpieces with complex geometry. Also it can improve greatly the detection sensitivity, resolution and SNR, which lead to its high recognition in NDT research domain. Based on the analysis of relational research status in the world at present, the focusing acoustic fields generated by a curved linear phased array transducer are studied theoretically and experimentally in this thesis. Using the spatial impulse response method we discuss the focus field of the curved linear array. The axial and lateral distribution of the pressure field is simulated in the case of interspacing,transmit aperture, f-number and system sampling frequency. Using spatial pulse response method, we get the formula of dispersion. It can be used to calculate signal of dispersion. In imaging, some characters of beam forming have been researched detailedly. The longitudinal wave imaging in pipe has been discussed particularly. We fabricated a curved linear array with 26 elements. The radiation acoustic field has been measured in experiment. This includes axial acoustic field distribution, lateral acoustic field distribution and dynamic focus. Using a focus transducer, series of experiments have been carried out in testing different flaws including inside flaws and outside flaws of pipes. We got good results.
