中文摘要随着电子技术和计算机技术以及信号处理技术的快速发展,电磁声检测系统的性能有了很大提高,由于电磁声检测技术具有无需耦合剂和易于产生多种模式波型的优势,因而受到人们的关注。本论文的目标是研制一个多功能的电磁声实验平台以满足进一步研究电磁声检测方法和技术的需要。为此,本论文应用DDS技术,使研制的电磁声实验平台具有可精确控制频率、灵活产生多种激励波形的功能;通过合理的设计接收放大器,大大地缩小了实验平台接收信号的盲区。为检验电磁声实验平台的功能,本论文还设计进行了一系列实验,包括线性调频脉冲压缩、调频指向性扫描和多层脱粘检测等,实验所取得的结果不但表明本论文研制的电磁声实验平台满足设计要求,达到了预期的研制目标,而且对电磁声检测方法和技术的研究具有借鉴和指导意义。
英文摘要In these years, with the great development of the electronics, computer technology and signal processing, the technology of the EMAT inspection system has been improved. And because it is contactless and easy to generate various ultrasonic waves, people pay more attention to the development of EMAT. The goal of this paper is to design and set up an EMAT experiment system with multifunction. Therefore, this paper applies the DDS technology to the EMAT experiment system to control the output frequency accurately and easy to generate various signals we need. In this paper, we cut the ‘shadow area’ shorter by designing the receiving amplifier properly. And we have done a series of experiments to test the system’s function, including pulse compression with chirp signals, the scanning of the directivity by modifying the frequency and the multilayer disbands test. We have got some significant experiment results to show that our EMAT experiment system reaches the previous targets. And the experiment results are significant as useful references to the next research work of the EMAT inspection methodology and technology.
