中文摘要本文从实验上研究液体中双声源所产生声空化场空间分布的优化控制,属于声空化应用基础研究,介于声空化和声化学的交叉领域。研究结果可能有助于液体中声处理工业应用这一国际性难题的解决。 文中建立了一套声空化空间分布控制的实验系统,首次强调空化的点(“小区域”)测量问题是进行空化空间优化的必要条件,并采用了三种测量方法。三种空化点测方法中的两种是经过我们的改进,由当前整体测量改进为点测量方法的。 介绍评述了国际上Moholkar等人、Tatake等人和Kumar等人的研究。利用建立的实验系统,在实验上检验了Moholkar等人用相对的双声源控制声空化空间分布的理论方案,在实验上实现了在远离声源表面的广大区域内产生强空化,在声源表面的区域不产生强空化。 针对Mohokar理论模型的缺陷和试图在更广大空间进行空化的优化控制,应崇福先生首次提出采用互相交叉的两个或多个换能器进行优化控制的方案,这种方案的优点有:(1)产生空化的区域更精确;(2)可以在更开放,更广阔的空间上进行空化空间分布的控制。本文对这一方案也进行了实验检验,实验结果显示这一方案是可行的。
英文摘要In this thesis, the optimization control of cavitation spatial distribution by the use of dual sound sources in liquid is investigated experimentally. The investigation is a basic application research of acoustic cavitation and spans acoustic cavitation and sonochemistry. It may be helpful to the solution of the problem of scale-up application of ultrasonic treatment in liquid. An experimental system for cavitation spatial distribution control is set up and the point cavitation measuring method is emphasized, which is a necessity in the optimization control of acoustic cavitation. Three point measuring methods are adopted. Among them, the iodine releasing method and the aluminum foil erosion method have been improved by us. The works of Moholkar et al., of Tatake et al. and of Kumar, et al. are introduced, which focus on how facing dual sources promote the spatial distribution optiminum of acoustic cavitation. The theory of Moholkar et al. is investigated by the experimental system set up in this paper. Intense cavitation is produced experimentally in areas far away from acoustic source, and is not produced in the vicinity of the acoustic sources. On noticing the defect of Mohokar’s theory, Prof. Ying Chongfu came up with the idea of using two or more crossing transducers to carry out the optimization control of cavitation spatial distribution. This method has the following advantages: (1) The region in which acoustic cavitation will be produced can be more accurate by planned. (2) The optimization control can be extended to broader space. Ying’s theory is also tested by experiment in this paper and the result shows that the innovatory idea is effective.
