中文摘要 | 管道系统在船舶、水利、化工、航空航天等领域有着非常广泛的应用背景。管道中的噪声传播和噪声控制是非常重要的研究内容。准确测量管道噪声的声源特性是完成其噪声机理研究、低噪声设计、降噪措施验证以及设备选型的基本保证。管道中声源特性的测量有双传声器法,直接法、多负载法等多种实验方法。但是对于有水流的管道,声源特性的测量仍然有很大的研究空间。 本文在已有声源模型的基础上,重点研究了双端口声源的直接测量法,并依此搭建了实验平台。实验中使用空气管道,先以扬声器作为待测声源来验证方法的正确性,接着以轴流风扇为待测声源,进行声源特性的测量。并以此为基础,探讨了待测声源位置、外加声源特性和位置,风扇起闭与否等多种因素对实验结果的影响。研究发现:就轴流风扇而言,风扇是否运行,对于声源传递矩阵的影响很小。这意味在实际声源特性的测量中,可考虑关闭旋转机械设备,进而降低外加声源的声压级要求。此外,实验中还发现使用脉冲或稳态信号作为外加声源差别不大,说明声源传递矩阵对外加声源的类型不敏感。本文的研究结果可望应用于实际管道中流体机械的声源特性测量。 |
英文摘要 | Pipe systems are widely used in industries. Much attention has been paid to the problem of pipe noise. To characterize acoustic sources inside pipes is one of the most important steps in analysis of pipe/pump noises, the design of low-noise equipments and the implementation of noise control strategies. Many methods, such as two-microphone method, direct method, multi-load method and so on, have been developed for the characterization of acoustic sources in the past decades. However, as far as the source characterization in water pipes is concerned, a huge space is existed for the improvement of these methods. The work began with an existed theoretical model of the sources in the pipe and put emphasis on the direct method in two-port source system. An air-filled tube was setup in line with the requirements of the direct method and the relevant tests were conducted. At first, two loudspeakers were used as acoustic sources to verify the measurement procedure. Then an axial fan was mounted in the middle of the tube and used as an acoustic source for the source characterization. The influences of the fan position, the external source position, the type of the external source and the operational condition of the fan on the characterization of the source were investigated. It is concluded that the operation condition of the fan has little effects on the transfer matrix of the fan. This implies that it is feasible to reduce the sound pressure level of the external source by turning off the rotating machines during the test in practical pipes. Furthermore, it is found that the pulse source and steady source gave almost same result. This implies that the results are less sensitive to the type of external source. The conclusions of this paper could be used in the characterization of sources, such as pumps or valves, in real pipe system. |
