中文摘要本文提出一种可产生“任意”超声检测信号的方法,具体是:将任意信号发生器、换能器、延时耦合介质以及接收放大器等构成的检测系统作为一个整体,首先通过实验将检测到的检测信号与已知激励信号通过自适应时间域解卷积求得检测系统的传递函数,再由选定的期望检测信号与检测系统传递函数解卷积求出需要的激励信号来实现的。 作为本方法的一个例,产生传统方法无法实现的单周期检测信号并对计算误差、换能器宽带的影响进行了分析,同时对检测功能进行了考核。 作为本方法的另外一个例,产生传统方法难以实现的大时宽带宽积的线性调频检测信号,并对换能器带宽的影响进行了讨论,考核了检测功能。 在本方法的基础上,提出选取与检测目标的响应函数相匹配的期望检测信号,实现目标匹配检测,并以钢层下多层橡胶层粘接结构样品脱粘检测为例,初步探讨了目标匹配检测的作用和意义。 本文提出的可产生“任意”检测信号的方法和新的检测系统,对发展超声检测技术是具有重要意义和会有光明前景的。
英文摘要A method to produce an appointed testing signal in ultrasonic testing is proposed. In this method, an expected signal is designed at first. The testing system contains the arbitrary waveform generator, the transducer, the delay medium and the receiving amplifier. The impulse response function of the testing system is obtained by the adaptive filtering deconvolution of a spike pulse from its test signal. Then the exciting signal used to produce the excepted testing signal can be obtained by adaptive filtering deconvolution of the impulse response from the excepted testing signal. By inputting the exciting signal, the output of the system is the excepted testing signal. Three examples based on the method and their performances are described detailedly. Firstly, one-period testing signal, which can not be achieved by the traditional method, is got by this method. The calculation error and the influence of transducer bandwidth are analysed, and the detection performances are validated by experiments. Secondly, the linear frequency modulation testing signal with a large time bandwidth product is got by this method. Analyses of transducer bandwidth have been done. And the detection performance has been checked. Furthermore, the target matching method is proposed. Special testing signal that are designed to match the function of the target impulse response can bring good test result. As an example, this method is applied for the debond detection of multilayered rubber structure under a steel plate. This method can make testing signals controllable and adjustable. So it is helpful for the development of the ultrasonic testing.
