中文摘要 | 在网络技术发展和社会信息化变革的双重驱动下,广播电视丞需技术革新,以推动社会信息产业和文化产业发展。新一代广播电视服务综合业务运营网络,代表三网融合的发展方向之一,能够充分发挥广电优势,扩展业务资源,提供更多的互动新媒体业务、更好的业务服务质量和更加多样化的服务手段。在此背景下,研究与新一代广播电视服务系统发展趋势适配的网络管理系统及相关技术,探索跨区域、多运营商协同带来的网络管理新需求的解决方案,能够降低网络规模扩大化和网络组成复杂化带来的管理维护难度,确保综合业务运营网络的稳定可靠运行。 本文针对支持跨区域、多运营商的新一代广播电视服务系统所需的网络管理系统设计进行了深入研究。研究内容主要包括网络管理系统体系架构、支持多业务运营商的动态细粒度访问控制技术、网络管理系统间的信息共享机制、渐进式故障定位机制和故障业务影响关联推理机制。 本文主要贡献和创新如下: 1、提出一种适合新一代广播电视服务系统特色的网络管理系统架构模型。针对综合业务运营网络特征改进常规网络管理系统模型,建立层次性、模块化的网络管理系统体系架构,提供了全面的网络、设备和业务监控管理机制,该模型具有较高的适应性和可扩展性。 2、提出一种动态细粒度访问控制技术。以管理角色和管理任务为核心,建立访问主体、角色、任务和权限间动态细粒度访问控制模型,并提出访问控制实现架构,确保了对业务运营商的业务监管提供全面可靠的支持。同常规访问控制模型相比,该策略具有更细的权限控制粒度和更灵活的动态变化能力。 3、提出一种基于SNMP代理的网络管理系统间信息共享机制。该机制采用共享变量配置策略表维护共享数据信息,采用SNMP代理实现网络管理系统间数据通信,能够在不改变常规网络管理模式基础上,有效的解决跨域业务监管过程中的数据通信问题,保障了对跨域业务全面监管工作的顺利实现。 4、针对新一代广播电视服务综合业务运营网络中故障和告警特征,提出一种采用阶段性策略的渐进式故障定位机制,实现了快速精确的网络故障诊断,提升了故障定位处理的及时性、准确性和处理效率。 5、提出一种故障业务影响模型和关联推理机制,在故障发生时能够提供面向业务的故障视图,按照不同级别和类型描述故障对业务的影响范围和影响程度,满足了业务层次上的故障管理要求。 |
英文摘要 | Along with tremendous development of network technology and social information service, broadcast television need technological innovation to promote progress of social information and cultural industry. The service network of next generation broadcast, on behalf of a direction for the convergence of telecommunication networks, cable TV networks and the Internet, can make fully advantages of broadcast system, provides more interactive new media service, better quality of service and more diverse means of services. Under this background, it is important to research the network management system and related technologies, which can effectively reduce complexity and workload of network management and maintenance, make service operation stable and reliable. The design of network management system for the service network of next generation broadcast is further studied in this dissertation. Researches mainly focus on: system architecture and function entities, dynamic fine-grained access control technology, information sharing mechanism among network management systems, fault location method based on stage strategy and fault service impact model. Solutions and improved schemes are proposed for above research contents. Contributions and innovative work of this dissertation are described as follows: 1. The architecture of network management system is proposed. A layer and modular model is designed to fit for the service network of next generation broadcast, which can provide comprehensive management of network services, and has high adaptability and scalability. 2. A fine-grained access control model is presented to support multiple service providers, which can dynamically change role and adjust managed objects according as task changes. The realization of access constraints and the system framework of access control model are also devised. 3. An information sharing mechanism among network management systems based on SNMP agent is proposed. In the mechanism, managed information table is used to maintain shared variables and their attributes, and SNMP agent is adopted as communication toolkit among network management systems. Then, it solves the data transmission problem caused by application service monitoring which operates cross multiple domains effectively. 4. Focus on alarm arrival delay of network fault, provides a fault location mechanism based on stage strategy. The method divides fault location procedure into a few stages, and implements fault location of each stage by greed algorithm, and then achieves timely, accuracy and efficiency. 5. After studying from the relationship between the service impacts of fault, system modeling and fault-service associated reasoning, and using functional decomposition, a fault-service impact model and effects analysis method is provided to meet fault management demand of service layer. By using the strategy, we can find fault in different level and know the impact scope, so as to take most correct way to deal with it. |
