管道内旋转声源辐射声场的数值计算方法研究

中文摘要 | 流体机械是对流体进行能量和质量传输的机械。叶片式流体机械作为流体机械中最常见的一类,在生产生活中得到了广泛的应用,而由它产生的气动噪声也成为严重的问题,近年来备受关注。 本文在分析叶片式流体机械气动噪声的组成并回顾前人的研究成果之后,将研究重点放在对风扇旋转噪声的预测上,提出了旋转声源离散化处理方法以及基于边界元方法的管道内旋转声源辐射声场数值仿真计算模型。主要研究内容包括以下几点: (1) 应用数值仿真计算模型计算了单极子和点力源(偶极子)在自由空间中的辐射声场,并与文献中的理论结果对比,验证了仿真计算模型的正确性,为下一步的工作奠定基础。 (2) 计算了有限长圆管内旋转点力源的辐射声场,对不同长度圆管的结果进行对比,分析了管道长度对声场分布以及指向性的影响规律。 (3) 利用CFD技术得到实验用风扇表面的脉动力,通过一系列简化,建立风扇旋转噪声数值计算模型,得到风扇在不同边界条件下的旋转噪声辐射声场,实现风扇旋转噪声的数值计算。 (4) 按照数值仿真的相应边界条件,建立风扇旋转噪声实验测量系统,进行相应实验测量,整理分析实验结果并与数值计算结果进行对比,对两种结果的偏差进行分析,结果表明:在自由场条件下,数值计算结果与实验结果基本一致。 旋转声源辐射声场数值计算方法能够用来计算声源的旋转噪声,对风扇噪声数值预测具有实际意义。改变模型中的声源参数和边界条件,可以实现各种条件下风扇旋转噪声辐射声场的数值计算。 |
英文摘要 | Fluid machinery is a kind of machine which transmits the energy and mass of liquid. Impeller fluid machine is the most widely used kind of fluid machinery and the noise generated by it causes serious problems. We laid a strong emphasis on the prediction of fan rotational noise after analyzed the components of impeller fluid machine aerodynamic noise and expounded the research findings of other people. A method of discretization of rotating source is presented, and a numerical simulation model of sound field radiated from rotating source in duct which is based on the BEM is founded in this thesis. The main aspects of our work are as follows: (1) The sound field radiated from monopole and point force(dipole) rotating in free space is calculated using numerical simulation model, the results are compared with the theoretical solution, and the correctness of numerical method is proved. (2) The sound field radiated from rotating point force in finite-length cylindrical duct is calculated, the results of different length-ducts are compared and the influence of the changes of duct length on sound field distribution and directivity is analyzed. (3) The fluctuating forces on the surface of blades are got using the CFD technique, necessary simplification is done in order to found the numerical calculation model of fan discrete noise. The radiated sound field of fan is calculated at different boundary conditions and then the numerical calculation of fan discrete noise is carried out. (4) A measuring system is found with the parameter of numerical calculation and experiment data are got from this system. We analyzed the results of experimental measurement and compared them with the results of numerical calculation, then studied the deviation between these two; in free space, we got satisfactory results. The provided numerical method can calculate the rotation noise of sound sources and predict fan noise practically. Using this method we can calculate the rotating source sound field at various boundary conditions with different parameter. |
