中文摘要颅内压ICP(intracranial pressure)与颅脑多种重要疾病相关,是神经外科临床和科研的重要观察指标,一直受到神经外科临床和科研人员的重视。颅内压监测技术及其设备至今还在不断完善之中,因此,本文提出了一种新的测量方法——植入式无线颅内压自动监测。 本文首先介绍了颅内压的背景知识,以及颅内压监测的重要意义:采用持续的ICP监测,有利于早期发现并及时处理ICP增高和颅内疾病;客观的ICP数据,可以用于评估治疗效果和指导临床治疗,有助于提高疗效。 接着介绍了当前国内外临床上较为流行的几种ICP监测方法,比较分析它们的优缺点。为实现ICP监测更为方便可靠、安全快捷,并减少现行各种方法不可避免的易受感染的缺点,提出了新的ICP监测方法——植入式无线颅内压自动监测。 接下来进入了本文的核心部分——ICP监测系统的设计实现。根据所设定的目标:高精度、植入体无源低功耗和微型化等,对整个监测系统进行设计和实现。该系统通过体外部分发送射频载波向植入体部分提供能量,植入体的微型压力传感器获取颅内压力后,经过相应的放大、A/D转换和数据处理,采用负载调制LSK(Load-shift keying)向外发送数据,体外的天线线圈和射频电路感应接收,体外单片机通过相应处理即可得到所需颅内压。 本文从临床需求出发,采用先进的现代传感器和微电子技术,提出并实现的无线植入式颅内压监测方案,会是一种很有应用前景的颅内压监测方案。
英文摘要Intracranial pressure (ICP for short), which is related to many brain diseases, is an important index for neurosurgery and scientific research, thus neurosurgery and scientific researchers are attach importance to it all the times. Technology and equipment for measuring ICP are not consummate yet. Consequently, a new method of measuring ICP, which is described as a wireless implantable system for automatically measuring ICP, is brought up in this paper. First, background about ICP, and significance of measuring ICP, are introduced. With ICP measure, we can discover the increase of ICP in the forepart, and deal with it in time. The external ICP data can be used to evaluate curative effect, and help clinic treatment, that can improve curative effect. In succession, some popular clinic methods of measuring ICP is presented and compared. To conveniently and safely measure ICP, and reduce infection, we bring up the new method. Design and realization of the system is the primary part. High precision, no power source in the implanted part, and micromation, are our aims. The power source, that the implanted part needs, is provided by the electromagnetic wave sent by the part outside body. ICP is obtained with the pressure sensor, and then amplified, converted to digital signal, and accordingly processed. It sends the datas by load-shift keying. The datas can be received by antenna and radio-frequency circuit, and we can attain ICP after processing them. This new method, which is based on modern sensor and micro-electronics, will meet the clinic need, thus there will be a good applied foreground.
