超声数字式相控阵换能器动态聚焦系统及其实现声束的聚焦扫描

中文摘要本文是研制超声相控阵换能器的动态聚焦系统,利用全数字式电子动态聚焦方法,实现了声束在空间的聚焦扫描。本工作研制了两种超声相控阵换能器,一是工作频率在1.5MHz的15个阵元的线性相控阵换能器;一是工作频率在410KHz的8个同心圆环的相控阵换能器。它们均是由PZT压电陶瓷制成。线性相控阵换能器可以实现线聚焦,并且在二维平面内聚焦扫描。而同心圆环相控能器可以实现在轴上的点聚焦扫描。因为我们产生的信号是用数字控制的,所以聚焦可以很精密地控制。在进行简要的理论分析之后,我们对这两种相控的聚焦进行了实验测量,它包括在不同位置的聚焦声场焦面上的横向分布和沿轴上的纵向分布、横向分辨率和纵向分辨率;还有聚焦束在空间聚焦扫描,即动态聚焦。结果表明,它在一个相当的范围内可以实现良好的动态聚焦。实验结果与理论分析进行比较,一般地说,两者有较好的符合。总之,用数字式控制的相控阵换能器,可以实现精密的动态聚焦,并可取得良好的聚焦效果。
英文摘要This paper focus on developing digital ultrasonic phased array transducer system and realizing acoustic beam focusing and scanning in medium (the water) by the means of digital electronic dynamic focusing control. Two kinds of ultrasonic phased array transducers were manufactured. One of them is a linear phased array transducer with 15 elements operating at 1.5MHz; the other is an annular phased array transducer with 8 concentric annular elements operating at 410kHz. All of them were made of PZT piezoelectric ceramic. The linear phased array transducer can realize linear focusing and scan in 2-dimensional plane. The annular phased array transducer can realize point focusing and scan on its axis. Since the signal was produced by digital electronic emitting system, the position of focus can be controlled and adjusted precisely. After the brief theoretical analyses and calculation, experimental measurements were taken. They conclude: lateral distribution of acoustic field on focusing plane, longitudinal distribution along axis orientation when focusing on different position, transversal and longitudinal resolution, and dynamic scanning of the focus. The experiments are in good agreement with computed results. That mean, phased array transducers can realize dynamic focusing with high precision.
