中文摘要如何在大范围内推广使用语音技术?如何适应网络的飞速发展?本文的研究工作利用软件工程中的原理,结合语音技术和网络服务协议,建立了互联网语音互通信平如,并在该平台的基础上,利用TIOP等网络协议,实现了CAS-AT&T语音翻译合作项目中的网上语音翻译部分。作为这项研究的首要前提,首先构造了语音网络应用系统框架,明确通信平台,上层语音应用程序和网络协议分层模型在系统框架内的位置与功能。通信平台的核心是制定并实现语音功能传输协议,包括语音识别传输协议,语言翻译传输协议,语音合成传输协议。为了方便程序员对协议的使用,特别设计并实现了语音功能模块接口,该接口集成了网络协议和网络通信部分,使得网络协议和网络通信部分对用户透明。CAS-AT&T语音翻译合作项目中的基于计算机网络的语音翻译部分是在通信平台的基础上实现的。包括呼叫链器的控制,通信平台的利用。其中呼叫链路的控制使用了AT&T公司制定的TIOP协议,RFC中的SIP,SDP协议。在通信平台及其上的语音应用的设计与实现中,把基于领域分析的软件开发模型引入语音领域,建立了基于语音领域分析的软件开发模型。另外通过使用面向对象等软件工程原理与技术,提高了软件开发效率和各个构件的可重用性,使其具有强大的生命力。语音翻译项目只是通信平台上层应用中的一个示范。通信平如的建立为实现各种语音网络应用系统铺平了道路。
英文摘要How to popularize speech technology? How to meet the development need of network? According to principles of software engineering, associating with speech technology and network protocols, a speech interactive communication platform on network has been set up in this research work. Also based on this platform, by using TIOP protocol, the speech translation on Internet in the cooperation project of CAS-AT&T has been implemented. First of all, the framework of speech network application system has been constructed, in which the position and function of communication platform, upper-layer speech application program and network protocol model was defined. The core of system framework is speech function transfer protocols, including speech recognition transfer protocol, language translation transfer protocol, speech synthesis transfer protocol. Additionally, speech network function interface has been defined, which integrates the net protocol and net programming API, in order to convenience the programmer. The speech translation on Internet in speech translation cooperation project has implemented on the communication platform, including control on session initiation, usage of communication platform. In control of session, the TIOP protocol was designed by AT&T, SIP, SDP protocol of session, the TIOP protocol was designed by AT&T,SIP, SDP protocol was designed in RFC document. Through speech function net API, the communication platform has been used. On the base of speech translation on computer network, by adding telephone speech sampling interface, speech translation on telephone network in cooperating project could be implemented. When developing communication pltform and speech application system, advanced software develop model has been harnessed, which promote re-use of software, power the life of parts of software. Speech translation project is only a sample application, which is based on speech interactive communication platform. Platform established the good foundation for many different speech network application system.
