英文摘要 | The dynamic measurement platforms for photoelectric encoders are characterized by higher resolution, higher accuracy, and higher rotation speeds, and traditional measurement methods are difficult to calibrate its dynamic measurement accuracy. So, this paper proposes a calibration method for the measurement platforms. The working principle of the platforms was analyzed, and some factors effecting the measuring accuracy of the platforms was pointed out. The main characteristics of dynamic errors were researched and analyzed and a dynamic calibration method for the platforms was introduced based on its dynamic repetition characteristics. Finally, a FPGA+USB data collection circuit was designed to use in the calibration method. The method was successfully utilized to calibrate some self-developed dynamic platforms. The results show that the method proposed is capable of calibrating dynamic rotation platforms, and verify that the measurement platform can implement the dynamic measurement of photoelectric encoders.
