中文摘要a ru(bpy)(3)(2+)-doped silica nanoparticle-[ru@silica] modified indium tin oxide electrode was prepared by simple electrostatic self-assembly technique, and one-electron catalytic oxidation of guanine bases in double-strand and denatured dna was realized using the electrochemiluminescence detection means.
