英文摘要 | During plasma disruptions and vertical displacement events (VDEs), time-varying eddy currents are induced on Vacuum Vessel (VV) and Plasma Facing Components (PFCs) of Tokamak. In this paper, we calculate eddy currents induced forces on VV and inner limiter (one of the PFC) during plasma disruption in Experimental Advanced Superconducting Tokamak (EAST). Various plasma transients-VDEs and major disruptions (MDs) are considered. And the study includes assessments of integral values (net vertical, hoop forces), time evolution, peaks of the force distribution. It is shown that the distribution pattern of the eddy currents for different scenarios differ greatly, therefore the resulting EMFs and torques cause different mechanical response. |
