Large scale and facile synthesis of novel Z-scheme Bi2MoO6/Ag3PO4 composite for enhanced visible light photocatalyst

英文摘要 | In this paper, a facile template-free in situ chemical method has been developed for the synthesis of novel Z-scheme Bi2MoO6/Ag3PO4 composite. The morphology, structure, crystallinity and light absorption wavelength range are investigated by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and UV-vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (DRS). The results show that Bi2MoO6 nanoparticles uniformly disperse on the surface of Ag3PO4 photocatalyst. Furthermore, photocatalytic performance of catalysts is evaluated by degrading methylene blue (MB) under 410 nm LED light, and Bi2MoO6/Ag3PO4 composite shows higher photocatalytic activity than Bi2MoO6 and Ag3PO4. Finally, Z-scheme photocatalytic mechanism is discussed. (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved. |
