Experimental realization of tunable defect mode in photonic crystal

英文摘要 | Defect modes located at different position were prepared by introducing defect layers in the porous alumina based photonic crystals. Furthermore, experiments and simulations were carried out to investigate the properties of such defect modes. The results show that defect mode can be tuned easily by changing thickness and location of the defect layer, moreover, the optical properties of defect mode when changing the incident angle are also studied. |
