英文摘要 | Cu2FeSnS4 (CFTS) nanocrystals with a size of 3-7 nm are solvothermally synthesized by using 1-octadecanamine, thiourea and ethanol as capping agent, sulfur precursor and reaction solvent, respectively. The CFTS nanocrystals blended a conjugated polymer are used to prepare hybrid polymer-based solar cells (HPSCs). Our results reveal that the CFTS nanocrystals can act as effective electron acceptors for HPSCs, and the content related aggregation of CFTS nanocrystals in polymer matrix imposes a remarkable effect on device performance. |
