英文摘要 | Based on the Surface Plasmon Polaritons (SPPs), a 3-D periodic funnel-shaped nanopores array is proposed to enhance the optical transmission efficiency of sub-wavelength nanopores. For comparison, three types of structure with nanopores arrays are simulated by FDTD. The results have shown that the funnel-shaped nanopores array has the higher transmission efficiency than cylindrical nanopores array. © 2016 IEEE. |
