| 英文摘要 | Studied the correlation among coping styles, personality traits, and stress levels. 4745 employees sampled evaluated their stress levels, personality traits and coping styles with a self-developed Social Stressor Questionnaire, NEO Five-Factor Inventory (NEO-FFI) and Trait Coping Style Questionnaire (TCSQ). NC was correlated positively with neuroticism (N), and was correlated negatively with extraversion (E) and conscientiousness (C). PC was negatively correlated with N, and was positively correlated with E, C, and agreeableness (A). The main factors correlated with stress are NC, N, C, E, PC and A. Coping styles were influenced by the differences of gender, age and education level. |
