英文摘要 | Rats were administered morphine (5mg•kg-1, i.p.) or saline for seven days and tested with intra-mPFC (medial prefrontal cortex) microinjection of D1 receptor agonist SKF38393 (0-2.0 μg/side), or D1 receptor antagonist SCH23390 (0-1.0 μg/side). SKF38393 dose-dependently suppressed the expression of morphine sensitization while SCH23390 enhanced the locomotor response to morphine. But for saline-pretreated rats, the same doses of SKF38393 and SCH23390 had little influence on their locomotor activity. These results indicate that morphine-induced hypersensitization of mPFC dopamine may be a neural substrate mediating morphine sensitization, and further suggest the inhibitive effects of mPFC dopamine on the expression of morphine sensitization. |
