| 英文摘要 | In this study, we examined the relationships among proactive personality, job crafting, and mental health. A total of 1971 full-time Chinese employees completed the survey. The results of structural equation modeling analyses indicated that job crafting mediated the positive relationship between proactive personality and mental health. |
