Geochemical variations of jadeite-quartzite in the Dabie Mountains, Eastern China, during retrograde metamorphism

| 英文摘要 | Petrographical and geochemical studies show that during retrograde metamorphism there are major, trace and rare earth element geochemical variations of the jadeite-quartzite from the Chanpu district of Dabic Mountains, Eastern China. The elements such as SiO2, FeO, Ba, Zr, Ga, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sin and Eu increase gradually from the jadeite-quartzite to retrograded jadeitc-quartzite and to gneiss, whilst TiO2, Na2O, Fe2O3, Rb, Y, Nb, Gd, Th, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb decrease gradually. Such changes are not only controlled by element transfer within mineral phases, but are also closely related to the fluid-rock interaction during the decompressive retrograde metamorphic processes. |
