| 英文摘要 | Because of the limitationsin the slope of the northern South China Sea and seismic exploration geometry, the image quality of complex strata in this region is not satisfactory. The main reason for this problem can be summarized as multiples covering primary waves, which affects imaging results. In this work, we considered the structural features of the slope of the northern South China Sea, according to the multiple generation mechanism, analyzed the distribution of multiples in the South China Sea, and found that single geophysics methods cannot eliminate the multiples in this region. In this case, comprehensive uses of various geophysical methods which include multi-zone and multi-scale concepts have been applied to multiple suppression, yielding a new multiple suppression approach suitable for this region. The tests on the model and field data demonstrate that this new strategy is able to achieve a better multiple suppression, and to lay a solid foundation for oil and gas exploration in the northern South China Sea. |
