英文摘要A charged operator carrying fractional spin, statistics and magnetic flux of both the electromagnetic and the Chern-Simons field is constructed in the long wavelength limit of an effective theory for high-T(c) superconductivity in which the electromagnetic field and the Chern-Simons statistical gauge field couple to the non-relativistic fermion field independently. This leads to the striking conclusion that the electromagnetic field is induced by a topological term which gives the photon mass and leads to the Meissner effect, which is different from what happens in ordinary Landau-Ginzburg theory, the spontaneous symmetry breaking mechanism, by the Chern-Simons term which is considered to be the origin of fractional statistics in general, through the transportation of flux, that is equivalent to the transportation of the long distance interaction.
