英文摘要Based on the two-band tight-binding model, the dynamics of semiconductor superlattices driven by DC/AC fields is investigated. The quasi-energy bands under the action of a pure AC field are obtained and the effect of the interband couplings and hoppings on the quasi-energy bands are also discussed. By using the equations of motion of density matrix under the influence of DC fields with Markovian dephasing, both semi-classical and Zener currents are obtained. The comparison of these two currents and the effect of dephasing on these two contributions are provided. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
