英文摘要 | Based on a simple model of concentrically coated magnetic granules embedded in a nonmagnetic metallic matrix, the transport properties in systems of cylindrical or spherical magnetic granules are investigated analytically. It is shown that GMR as well as the resistivities of these systems depend strongly on the size of the granules. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. |
