Output field of the excitons in a microcavity under the finite temperature

英文摘要We use the Fokker-Planck equation and stochastic differential equations to study the composite system of the cavity field and the excitons under the finite temperature. The conditions for the stability of the system are given. The effect of reservoir phonons on the quadrature squeezing spectra of the output field is discussed by using small fluctuation ap proximation. We find that the perfect squeezing of the output field appears at two points under the same condition comparing with the case of zero temperature.
