Contribution of penguins to the nonspectator effects in B-, (B)over-bar(0), Lambda(b) decays and the missing charm problem

| 英文摘要 | Taking the nonspectator contributions from the "tree" level four-quark operators and the penguin-induced operators into account we recalculate the charm number n(c) in B decays. We find that for B- and Lambda(b), penguin contribution can be neglected, while for (B) over bar(d)(0), it is dominant if the nonfactorization factor (t(alpha)t(alpha)) is not sizably large. Some new physics may be needed to meet the present data. |
