中文摘要 | 本试验旨在确定猪瘟首次免疫的最佳时间:试验中将29只仔猪分为3组分别于吸初乳前1 h、吸初乳时、吸初乳后1 h对仔猪进行猪瘟疫苗注射,利用酶标仪检测免疫后15 h3、0 h、40 h、50h时积各组仔猪体内抗体水平。结果显示:超前免疫仔猪抗体水平明显高于其它两组。 |
