| 中文摘要 | 统计过程控制（SPC, Statistical Process Control）是一种借助数理统计工具的过程控制方法，它利用统计工具及技术（如控制图）对过程或过程输出进行分析，找出过程中的不确定因素并及时消除，控制、管理、改进过程产品的质量或过程能力，从而达到保证产品质量的目的。它能帮助用户采取适当措施来保证过程处于统计意义的受控状态，并且帮助用户提高生产能力，以满足或超越顾客的期望。SPC最早是在工业界提出的，在工业界的成功也促使它被应用于其它许多商业领域。本文主要探讨统计过程控制在软件质量管理中的实施。 |

In this paper, we discuss the applying method and foreground of SPC used to manage and control the software quality. Some applying examples are given. |
