| 附注 | The distribution of polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in the soil samples of rural, suburban and urban areas of Tokushima City was studied, HPMC with UV and fluorescence detection was used for the determination of PAHs. The separation was acquired by an ODS column and acetonitrile-water as the mobile phase. Results showed that the distribution of PAHs in the sampling sites were similar but differed from that in river sediment. A model test suggested that the burning of rice straw and other plants was not the main source of PAHs in the soil of this city but could be one of the important sources of PAHs in the river ecosystem. |
