中文摘要由于海量医学信息的快速增长以及信息来源的多样性、组织的无序性等原因,传统的医学信息的组织方式很难满足人们对于信息服务的需求。医学知识库对医学领域的各种知识进行分析、归纳、整理,旨在为医疗从业人员提供更加便捷的知识利用方式,为医疗诊断过程提供决策支持服务。但目前基于医学知识库所开展的临床诊疗服务距离诊疗需求尚有不足,原因有两方面:当前知识的表示形式无法满足知识快速更新的需求,以及临床诊疗服务的可视化、智能化程度不高。可视分析结合了交互式可视化和自动分析技术,可以有效的帮助人们从海量数据中获取到有用的信息模式,减轻人们对数据进行分析的负担,在诊疗服务中应用可视分析能够有效辅助医学决策活动。针对当前医学知识更新滞后、基于知识库的临床诊疗服务可视化程度不高的问题,本文拟研究海量医学知识表示与获取技术,并利用信息可视化技术研究基于交互式可视组件的诊疗服务环境,设计和开发面向最终用户的可视化临床诊疗服务系统。论文的主要研究工作包括以下几个方面:1.针对当前医学知识表达能力欠缺,本文研究面向临床诊疗决策的医学知识表示技术。并基于自然语言处理,提出面向医学文本的知识挖掘技术,实现海量医学信息的有效利用。2.研究和设计了以用户为中心的可视化诊疗服务框架,基于SaaS的软件服务模式,提出了诊疗服务的定制方法。提出基于交互式可视组件的可视化框架及界面定制技术。3.分析了推理可视化的需求,研究可视化诊疗推理服务的核心推理引擎。分析诊疗活动中的人机协同工作模型,提出了一种诊疗推理的可视化形态,并设计推理可视化界面,实现可视化临床诊疗推理技术;4.在以上的基础上,设计并实现基于医学知识库的可视化诊疗服务系统,并开发面向最终用户的可视化诊疗服务实例,并通过肝癌疾病的医生诊断实例和病人预诊实例对论文的研究工作进行验证。
英文摘要At present, with rapid development of information of medical field, medical information is subsequently are growing larger. Due to the rapid growth of medical information and the diversity of information sources, organization and other reasons, the traditional information service is hard to satisfy people's need of clinical service.  The research of medical knowledge base is launched in such situations. Medical knowledge base is responsible for analysis, induction and sorting all the knowledge of medical field, aiming at providing more convenient utilization ways for medical practitioners to use, and provide decision support service. Currently the clinical service of diagnosis and treatment which based on medical knowledge base still need to improve service quality. The reason contains two aspects: one is the technique of medical knowledge acquisition and knowledge representation can not satisfy demand of knowledge’s update, the other is that the users of medical diagnosis services have different status and in various environment, so the degree of intelligence is inadequate. Visual analytics   facilitates human to gain useful patterns and insight from the massive data by combining automated analysis techniques with interactive visualizations, which can solve information overload problem and turn it from challenge to opportunity.According to slow speed of knowledge updating, this paper study knowledge acquisition technology oriented to large amounts of medical knowledge, and using the advantage of information visualization we study the clinical service environment based on interactive visual components.  This paper has design and develop clinical diagnosis oriented to end user, to speed up the knowledge update and assist doctors and patients for clinical diagnosis decision-making.In this paper, the major work includes the following aspects:1.Studied medical knowledge acquisition technology based on the study of natural language processing, in order to extract medical knowledge from huge medical documents;2. This paper studied user-centered visualization, put forward the clinical diagnosis services framework. Aiming at better interaction experience of clinical medical services, the multimodal interaction is studied.3. This paper studied the reasoning engine in the process of visual clinical diagnosis. Designed the visualization interface and developed visual clinical reasoning technology. 4. On the basis of above research, we design and implement medical knowledge-based clinical decision support systems,  and verify research work of this paper by an application of  a doctor’s diagnosis example.
