| 英文摘要 | A separative ring is one whose finitely generated projective right modules satisfy the property A + A congruent to A + B congruent to B + B double right arrow A congruent to B. In this paper, we give some characterizations of separative regular rings. In particular, we show that a regular ring R is separative if and only if, for any finitely generated projective right R-modules A and B, A + A congruent to A + B congruent to B + B double right arrow Ae less than or similar to Be and B(1 - e) less than or similar to A(1 - e) for some central idempotent e is an element of R. 1991 Mathematics Subject Classification: 16D40, 16D70, 16E50. |
