| 英文摘要 | Two new polyprenylated xanthone epimers were isolated from gamboges of Garcillia hanburyi, and identified by detailed spectroscopic analysis as 30-hydroxygambogic acid (2a) and its (2S)-epimer 30-hydroxyepigambogic acid (2b). Both compounds exhibited significant cytotoxicities against the human leukemia K562/S and the corresponding doxorubicin-resistant K562/R cell lines (Table 2). |
