英文摘要 | A novel monoterpenoid-derived metabolite, paeonilide, was isolated from the roots of Paeonia delavayi. Its structure was established by a combination of spectroscopic and X-ray crystallographic analyses. It showed an anti-PAF effect with an IC50 value of ca. 8 mu g/ml. |
