| 英文摘要 | Ten new ent-kaurane diterpenoids, isolushinins A-J (1-10), together with 20 known compounds, were isolated from the aerial parts of Isodon rubescens var. lushiensis. The structures of 1-10 were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis. Several of the compounds isolated were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against the HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, SK-BR-3, and PANC-1 human cancer cell lines, and some exhibited quite potent inhibitory activities. |
