| 英文摘要 | Lobarioid A (1), an unusual depsidone possessing an eight-membered diether ring, was isolated from the edible lichen Lobaria sp. Its structure was elucidated by extensive NMR, MS, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Compound 1 exhibited antibacterial activity against three strains of gram-positive bacteria.
